A technological superior process which allows for crisper large format printing on banners and other items.Also a direct-to-garment option for multi-color printing on small quantities of shirts and other garments.
Stitching names or logos directly to a garment or other item. Logos require digitizing and a one-time set-up fee. Pricing is based on the number of stitches in the design.
Diamond tip rotary or drag engraving cuts into brass, aluminum, layered plastic, or acrylic to produce beautiful lettering on plaques, trophies, and other awards along with smaller signs and unique gifts.
A process which laser cuts into material to produce tone-on-tone graphics and lettering. For example, laser etching on polar fleece produces a unique look.
Start with the graphics, print the film, coat and expose the screens, set it up and print 'em! This process applies ink to garments that is then cured through a dryer at 325 degrees! Long lasting, durable results.
Sublimation dyes the ink right into the material! Great for multi-color low quantity runs, putting pictures on shirts, awards, and unique gifts. Has some restrictions...must be done on white (sometimes light) 100% polyester garments.
Also referred to as applique, tackle twill is the sewing down of die-cut twill material to garments and apparel. Used most frequently for team names, numbers, and personalized names. Priced by the letter and size of the letter.
